As a Waiting Staff member, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and seamless. Your daily responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any customer queries or concerns. You will work closely with kitchen staff and management to maintain high standards of service and efficiency. Your attention to detail and ability to work well within a team will significantly impact our service delivery and overall guest satisfaction.
This role is On-site, requiring regular presence at our various locations, including Teddington and Redditch. The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM (approx. 8 hours per day).
