Our brands, Brasserie Blanc and Heartwood Inns, are renowned for offering a home-from-home experience, where guests can relish fresh, seasonal food in a warm and welcoming environment. Our journey began in 1996 when Raymond Blanc founded 'Le Petit Blanc', which later evolved into Brasserie Blanc, expanding across cities in the UK. In 2010, we ventured into the pub scene with the formation of The White Brasserie Company, opening our first pubs in Weybridge and Teddington. Fast forward to 2023, we rebranded as Heartwood Collection, marking a significant milestone in our growth and commitment to excellence. Central to our ethos is a deep-rooted commitment to sustainability and ethical practices. We are honoured to have achieved a three-star Food Made Good rating from The Sustainable Restaurant Association, reflecting our dedication to responsible sourcing and environmental stewardship. Our menus are crafted seasonally, celebrating the best of local produce and ensuring that every dish tells a story of quality and care. Our people are the heartbeat of our organisation. As we look to the future, our ambitions are set high. With plans to expand our portfolio to 61 pubs and restaurants across the UK by 2027, including the introduction of 'pubs with rooms', we are poised for exciting growth. Our first pub with rooms, The White Horse in Dorking, opened its doors in early 2024, marking a new chapter in our story.
