Surch 360 was founded by Craig Lilly and Jamie Walsh, who together bring extensive experience across recruitment operations and workforce delivery, alongside Richard Ng-Zeederberg, who brings deep expertise in business growth, sales and client relationships. The platform was created in response to first-hand experience of fragmented and inefficient systems that failed to support organisations or individuals effectively.
Rather than adding another disconnected tool to the market, Surch 360 was built to provide an end-to-end platform that supports the full employment lifecycle. From attraction and hiring through to workforce management and development, our aim is to help organisations operate with greater clarity, efficiency and control.
