As the Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in leading our culinary team and managing the kitchen operations. Your daily responsibilities will include menu planning, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, and coordinating catering for various events. You will work closely with your team to inspire creativity and maintain a harmonious kitchen environment, while also adapting to the dynamic needs of our clientele. Your leadership will directly impact our restaurant's success and guest satisfaction.
This role is On-site, requiring regular presence at the company’s location in Godalming. The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) for Shift 1. This position offers a full-time opportunity in a passionate and supportive culinary atmosphere.
