As a Waitress at Heartwood Collection, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences. Your daily responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organised dining area. You will work closely with our kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, as you will be the face of our brand, interacting directly with our valued guests.

This role is On-site, requiring regular presence at the company’s listed location. The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM (approx. 8.5 hours per day). Our dynamic and supportive work environment encourages you to thrive while contributing to the success of our team and the satisfaction of our guests.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate attention to detail in service delivery.
  • Possess silver service skills to enhance guest experience.
  • Exhibit barista skills to prepare high-quality beverages.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Understand food safety regulations and practices.
