As a Gaffer at F Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the production process, overseeing lighting and electrical setups for various projects. You will collaborate closely with directors and cinematographers to create the desired visual effects while ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include managing lighting rigs, operating equipment, and maintaining a keen attention to detail throughout the production process. Your creativity and technical skills will have a direct impact on the quality of our visual output.
The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day) as part of the morning shift system. This Hybrid role ensures a balanced work-life dynamic with flexible scheduling and supportive team collaboration.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of production.
- Experience in audio/visual operation and lighting rigging.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualise and execute ideas.
