This role is On-site, requiring regular presence at the company’s listed location.
As a Tea Lead Worker, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality service delivery, and providing support to your team. Your role will involve working closely with colleagues to foster a positive work environment while also addressing any challenges that arise. You will play a crucial part in maintaining high standards and driving the team towards achieving organisational goals.
The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day). This On-site role ensures consistent collaboration with your team and a dynamic work environment.
