As a Rescue Worker, you will play a vital role in our emergency response teams. Your daily responsibilities will include assessing situations and executing rescue operations, providing immediate assistance to those in need, and collaborating with a diverse team of professionals to ensure effective crisis management. You will be expected to utilise your skills in crowd control, emergency response, and conflict resolution to navigate challenging environments, all while maintaining a calm and supportive presence for those affected.

This is a fully Remote position, allowing you to work seamlessly from anywhere within the UK. The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day). This remote role provides you with the flexibility to balance your work and personal life while being part of a dedicated team that is committed to making a significant impact in the communities we serve.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate adaptability in high-pressure situations.
  • Exhibit strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Practice active listening to understand the needs of those affected.
  • Experience in emergency response within the oil & gas sector.
  • Knowledge of humanitarian crisis response protocols.
  • Proficient in disaster response strategies.
  • Ability to manage crowd control effectively.

Desirable Skills

  • Possess patience when dealing with emergencies.
  • Demonstrate empathy towards individuals in distress.
  • Exude kindness in all interactions with affected individuals.

Pay Preference
