As an O&M Officer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operational activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting data analysis to identify areas for improvement, managing customer service ticketing processes, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail in all compliance matters. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure that all activities align with the company’s strategic objectives.

This role is On-site, requiring regular presence at the company’s location in Swindon. The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) for Shift 1 and 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) for Shift 2 as part of a rotational shift system. This arrangement supports a dynamic work environment that fosters team collaboration and allows for personal development.
