We are currently seeking a Fabric Calender Hand to join our skilled team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining calendering machines, ensuring that fabric is processed to the highest standards. Daily responsibilities will include monitoring machine performance, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with team members to optimise production processes. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial in ensuring that our output meets quality specifications.
This position follows a Hybrid work arrangement, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 08:20 PM (approx. 10.8 hours per day). This structure allows for a balanced work-life dynamic while providing ample opportunity for teamwork and professional development.
