As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early educational experiences of our students. Your daily responsibilities will include planning and implementing engaging lessons that promote child development and learning through play. You will work closely with parents and guardians to ensure a holistic approach to each child's education, fostering a safe and supportive learning environment. Collaboration with fellow educators will be essential as you contribute to a positive team dynamic and share best practices to enhance the learning experience.

This is a fully Remote position, allowing you to work seamlessly from anywhere within the UK. The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) for the Afternoon Shift. This role offers a flexible work-life balance, enabling you to effectively manage your professional commitments while ensuring the best possible outcomes for our students.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong Child Safety Awareness to ensure a secure learning environment.
  • Possess knowledge of Child Nutrition to promote healthy eating habits among students.
  • Exhibit Child Development Knowledge to support the diverse learning needs of children.
  • Implement effective Child Behaviour Management strategies to foster positive interactions.
  • Show adaptability in teaching methods to accommodate varying learning styles.

  • Be patient in addressing the needs of young learners.
  • Exhibit empathy to understand and support each child's unique emotional needs.
