The SEND Teaching Techniques role is a pivotal position within our organisation, focusing on implementing effective teaching strategies for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering tailored educational plans, engaging with students, and collaborating with parents and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each learner. This role requires a deep understanding of child development, behaviour management, and a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

This is a fully Remote position, allowing you to work seamlessly from anywhere within the UK. The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day). This role offers the flexibility and autonomy to manage your schedule while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills.
  • Possess knowledge of child development concepts.
  • Hold a Child Protection Certification.
  • Exhibit awareness of child safety practices.
  • Experience in child behaviour management is essential.
