As a Marine Broker, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the movement of maritime cargo and ensuring the smooth operation of marine logistics. Your daily responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, managing cargo logistics, and ensuring compliance with maritime safety procedures. You will work closely with various stakeholders to handle cargo loading and unloading, and oversee the marshalling of aircraft on the ground. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our clients’ operations, making you an integral part of our dynamic team.

The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day). This position follows a Hybrid work arrangement, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. We believe this approach fosters a balanced work-life dynamic and enables our team members to excel both personally and professionally.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Cargo Handling and Logistics.
  • In-depth knowledge of Marine Surveying and Maritime Safety Procedures.
  • Proven skills in Negotiation and contract management.
  • Ability to efficiently manage Cargo Loading and Unloading operations.
  • Experience in Marshalling Aircraft on the Ground.
