As a Dab Maker, you will play a crucial role in our production team, utilising advanced 3D printing technology to create high-quality dabs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include setting up 3D printers, operating them efficiently, and ensuring the quality of the final product. You will work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and problem-solving to enhance production processes and outcomes. Your creativity and attention to detail will be vital to ensuring that our products meet the rigorous standards we uphold.

The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) for Shift 1 and 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) for Shift 2 as part of a rotational shift system. This position follows a Hybrid work arrangement, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Requirements

  • Possess GSCEs (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate skills in 3D Printing Setup and Operation.
  • Exhibit proficiency in 3D Modelling.
  • Show adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Foster collaboration within team settings.
  • Exhibit creativity in problem-solving approaches.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives.
