As a Haberdashery Assistant, you will play a vital role in our retail operations, assisting customers with their fabric and craft-related needs. Your daily responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, providing expert advice on product selection, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will work closely with team members to maintain an organised and visually appealing store, and your attention to detail will ensure that stock levels are accurately monitored and replenished as needed.
This position follows a Hybrid work arrangement, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) for Shift 1 and 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) for Shift 2 as part of a rotational shift system. This ensures a balanced work-life dynamic while maintaining a supportive and collaborative team environment.
