As a Haberdashery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their crafting needs. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting customers with selecting materials, managing inventory, and providing expertise on various haberdashery items. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service, contributing to a positive shopping experience. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a passion for the craft, as you will help to inspire creativity in our customers.
The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) for Shift 1 and 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) for Shift 2 as part of a rotational shift system. This position follows a Hybrid work arrangement, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Requirements
- A-Levels (or equivalent) or Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
Desirable Skills
- Empathetic approach to customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.
- Logical thinking to assist with inventory management and customer inquiries.
Pay Preference
