As a Gear Box Fitter, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your daily responsibilities will include the assembly, fitting, and testing of gearboxes according to technical specifications and quality standards. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals to ensure all products meet the required performance levels. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of blueprint reading and CNC operation will be essential for success in this role.
This position follows a Hybrid work arrangement, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) as part of the morning shift system. This flexible approach allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing to our team's success.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Experience in fabrication and assembly processes.
- Proficient in CNC operation and related machinery.
