As a Gaffer, you will play a pivotal role in the lighting department, responsible for overseeing the electrical and lighting requirements on set. You will work closely with the Director of Photography to execute the visual style of the project, ensuring that all lighting setups meet the artistic vision. Daily responsibilities include managing lighting equipment, coordinating with crew members, and adapting to the dynamic needs of each production. Your expertise will significantly impact the quality of the final product, making your contributions invaluable.

This position follows a Hybrid work arrangement, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day). This hybrid role ensures a balanced work-life dynamic with flexible scheduling and supportive team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the film or television industry.
  • Strong understanding of lighting techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
