As a Hydraulic and Mechanical Leather Worker, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality leather products, utilising both hydraulic and mechanical techniques to ensure precision and durability. Your daily responsibilities will involve operating machinery, cutting and shaping leather, and performing quality checks to maintain our high standards. Collaborating closely with other team members, you will contribute to the seamless production of leather goods, ensuring that all items meet our rigorous specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship will be essential in this role.
This is a fully Remote position, allowing you to work seamlessly from anywhere within the UK. The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day) for Shift 1 and 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day) for Shift 2 as part of a rotational shift system. This arrangement provides you with the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while delivering high-quality results in a supportive environment.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of hydraulic and mechanical processes.
- Exhibit exceptional craftsmanship in leather working techniques.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
