As a Gear Cutter, you will play a vital role in our production team, responsible for cutting and shaping gears to precise specifications. Your daily responsibilities will include setting up cutting machines, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring the highest quality standards in your work. You will collaborate closely with engineers and other machinists to streamline processes and improve productivity, contributing significantly to the overall efficiency of our operations.
The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day). This position follows a Hybrid work arrangement, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life dynamic while contributing to our innovative projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in gear cutting or a similar manufacturing role.
- Proficiency in using cutting machines and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
