As a Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality technical support and solutions to our clients. Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse client requirements, developing cloud-based solutions, and managing projects from inception to completion. You will also assist in customer service ticketing to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues, thereby enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
This is a fully Remote position, allowing you to work seamlessly from anywhere within the UK. The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) for Shift 1 and 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) for Shift 2 as part of a rotational shift system. Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in collaboration to achieve project goals.
- Proficient in cloud computing technologies and applications.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret technical information.
- Proven project management capabilities, ideally in an Agile environment.
- Experience with customer service ticketing systems and processes.
Desirable Skills
