As a Zendesk Specialist, you will be an integral part of our customer support team, managing and optimising our usage of the Zendesk platform. Your key responsibilities will include configuring Zendesk to meet our operational needs, training staff on best practices, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless customer interactions. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions that enhance our service delivery.
This position follows a Hybrid work arrangement, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day). This environment supports a balanced work-life dynamic while promoting teamwork and innovation.
