As a Jig Borer, you will play a crucial role in the production process, operating and maintaining precision boring machines to create complex parts that meet our clients' specifications. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, ensuring that all work is executed with meticulous attention to detail. Collaborating closely with other skilled operators and engineers, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold our high standards of quality control.

The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) for Shift 1 and 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) for Shift 2 as part of a rotational shift system. This position follows a Hybrid work arrangement, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail when interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficient in CNC operation and machine maintenance.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, coordinating with colleagues to meet production goals.
  • No formal education required, although relevant experience is advantageous.
