As a Tea Maker, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of beverages served to our clients and staff. Your daily responsibilities will include preparing a variety of teas, ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the tea station, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the catering team to meet the needs of our business while adapting to the dynamic environment of our workplace. Attention to detail and the ability to handle customer feedback will be crucial in this role, as you strive to create a pleasant experience for everyone.

This role is On-site, requiring regular presence at the company’s listed location. The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) for the Afternoon Shift. Requirements

  • Hold GCSEs (or equivalent) and A-Levels (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate strong Catering Coordination skills.
  • Exhibit excellent Attention to Detail.
  • Show adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess Creativity in beverage preparation.
  • Handle Customer Complaints effectively.
  • Utilise Customer Service Ticketing systems.
  • Hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.

Desirable Skills

  • Be empathetic towards customer needs and preferences.
