As a Hackle Driller, you will play a crucial role in our drilling operations, utilising your expertise in blasting operations and blueprint reading to ensure precise execution of projects. You will work closely with a skilled team, contributing to various drilling tasks and collaborating effectively to meet project deadlines. Your responsibilities will include setting up drilling equipment, conducting safety checks, and maintaining accurate records of drilling activities.
This position follows a Hybrid work arrangement, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) for Shift 1. This structure allows for a balanced work-life dynamic while ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in blasting operations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
