We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Gallery Director to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our gallery. In this role, you will be responsible for curating exhibitions, managing relationships with artists, and driving sales initiatives to enhance our presence in the marketplace. Your leadership will inspire a team of passionate individuals, ensuring that our gallery remains a premier destination for art lovers and collectors alike.
This position follows a Hybrid work arrangement, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day) as part of the morning shift system.
Requirements
- Proficient in CAD Drafting to create detailed and accurate plans.
- Demonstrated sales experience to effectively drive gallery revenue.
Desirable Skills
- Logical thinking to analyse trends and make informed decisions.
- Creative flair to conceptualise engaging exhibitions and events.
Pay Preference
£39,923.0 - £125,653.0 / Year
