As a Careworker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, monitoring health conditions, and providing companionship. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members to create a supportive and caring environment for those you serve.
This role is On-site, requiring regular presence at the company’s listed location. The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day). Your commitment to this position will be crucial in delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Requirements
- Demonstrate active listening skills to understand the needs of clients.
- Exhibit adaptability in various caregiving situations.
- Maintain attention to detail in providing care and recording incidents.
- Implement behaviour management techniques effectively.
- Possess Child Protection Certification for safeguarding.
- Provide specialised care for individuals with dementia.
