As a Deacon, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to our mission by engaging with various stakeholders and ensuring that our services align with client needs. Your daily responsibilities will include facilitating effective communication, promoting community engagement, and advocating for the well-being of those we serve. Collaboration is vital, and you will work closely with both our internal teams and external partners to develop strategies that yield tangible results.

This position follows a Hybrid work arrangement, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day) as part of the day shift system.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate active listening skills to effectively address client needs and concerns.
  • Advocate for community initiatives and engage in campaigning efforts.
  • Hold a Child Protection Certification to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable populations.
  • Engage with community members to foster relationships and support collaboration efforts.
