This role will be based at one of our esteemed clients' locations, providing an excellent opportunity to work as part of a small but effective team on the outskirts of Redditch. The team's collaborative spirit is key to driving success and achieving outstanding results.
As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, negotiating terms, and closing sales. Your role will involve account management, fostering relationships, and maximising opportunities for cross-selling. You will work closely with team members to achieve collective goals, making a significant impact on the company's growth and success.
The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day). This role is workplace based, ensuring that you enjoy the benefits of in-person collaboration and support from your colleagues.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure favourable deals.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to manage accounts effectively and build lasting relationships.
- Skilled in closing sales and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in cross-selling products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
