This role is Workplace based, requiring your presence at our company's location in Bushey, Hertfordshire.
As a Hackler, you will play a vital role in our production process, focusing on 3D modelling and the setup and operation of 3D printers. Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with team members to ensure quality output, maintaining equipment, and optimising production workflows. You will be instrumental in not only achieving our production targets but also in enhancing the overall efficiency of our operations.
The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day). This position requires a full-time commitment, ensuring that you are an integral part of our dynamic team and contributing to our success.
Requirements
- Hold GSCEs (or equivalent).
- Demonstrate proficiency in 3D modelling.
- Experience with 3D printing setup and operation.
- Exhibit patience, empathy, and kindness in a team environment.
Desirable Skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to 3D printing technologies.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
