This position follows a Hybrid work arrangement, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. This setup allows our team members to maintain a healthy work-life balance while ensuring they remain engaged in the creative processes that define our gallery.

As the Gallery Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of gallery operations, including exhibition planning, artist relations, and community engagement initiatives. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure that our exhibitions are executed to the highest standards. Your leadership will play a crucial role in shaping the gallery's vision and enhancing its reputation within the art community.

The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day) as part of the morning shift system. This Hybrid role ensures a balanced work-life dynamic with flexible scheduling and supportive team collaboration.
