As the Sabbatical President, you will be responsible for steering the organisation through periods of change and ensuring effective management practices are in place. Your daily responsibilities will include leading strategic initiatives, engaging with community stakeholders, and collaborating with team members to foster a positive organisational culture. This role is pivotal in crisis management and will require a strong focus on change management processes to support the company's objectives.
The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day) for Shift 1. This On-site role requires your full dedication to the team and projects, allowing for a dynamic work environment where collaboration and engagement are key.
