This role is On-site, requiring regular presence at the company’s listed location.

As a Gaffer, you will be responsible for overseeing the lighting department on set, ensuring that all lighting is executed to the director's vision. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Photography and the rest of the crew to create the desired ambiance and mood for each scene. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the visual storytelling process, impacting the overall quality of the production.

The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day). This On-site role ensures a cohesive team dynamic, allowing for effective communication and collaboration in delivering outstanding results.

Requirements

GCSEs (or equivalent) are preferred.
A-Levels (or equivalent) are advantageous.
Degree (or equivalent) qualifications are beneficial.
No formal education is strictly required.
