As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners. Your daily responsibilities will include designing engaging lesson plans, implementing age-appropriate educational activities, and fostering a safe and stimulating classroom environment. You will work closely with fellow educators and parents to ensure the well-being and development of each child, incorporating creativity and enthusiasm into your teaching methods. Your impact will be significant as you help children develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills, laying the foundation for their future learning experiences.

The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day) for Shift 1. This remote role ensures a balanced work-life dynamic with flexible scheduling and supportive team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate creativity in lesson planning and delivery.
  • Exhibit strong classroom management skills.
  • Possess knowledge of child safety awareness protocols.
  • Understand principles of child development and behaviour management.
  • Provide emotional support to children during their learning journey.

Desirable Skills

  • Empathetic approach towards children's needs and learning styles.
