This role is Workplace based, requiring regular presence at our company locations in London. As a Tea Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of teas, ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene are maintained. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating catering services, responding to customer inquiries, and handling complaints efficiently. You will work closely with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure customer satisfaction.
The standard working hours for this role are 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM (approx. 9.5 hours per day). This position offers a structured work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration, ensuring that all employees can thrive in their roles.
Requirements
- Possess a Food Hygiene Certificate to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a focus on attention to detail.
